01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and dx999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing dx999.pro, creating an account, or using any service offered by dx999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the dx999 platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by dx999 including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino, slots, crash games, and fish games. They are supplemented by product-specific rules — such as individual game rules, bonus terms, and promotional terms — which are published separately and form part of the overall agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules take precedence in respect of that product.

02Eligibility

To register and use dx999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dx999 does not permit access to persons under 21 under any circumstances. Age verification may be required at any point during your use of the platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of dx999 complies with all applicable laws where you reside.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each dx999 account must be registered in the true name of the account holder and used only by that individual.
• You must not be a current or former employee of dx999, or a close family member of such an employee, except where dx999 has provided prior written consent.
• You must not have a dx999 account that has been previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded. Players who have self-excluded from dx999 are not eligible to re-register during their active exclusion period.

dx999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure. Winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be forfeited.

03Account Registration and Security

To access dx999 services, you are required to create a registered account. The following rules apply to all accounts on the platform:

• You may register only one account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. If duplicates are identified, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance across those accounts may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. dx999 will not be liable for loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• dx999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time. KYC documents typically include a copy of your National ID (NID) and may include proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
• Notify dx999 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact [email protected] as soon as possible. dx999 may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation upon receiving a report of unauthorised access.

dx999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our platform. You remain responsible for the security of your own device and browser environment.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dx999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, dx999 may apply enhanced due diligence for large transactions and may request documentation to verify the source of funds above specified thresholds.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to supported banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. dx999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts not registered in the account holder's own name.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless dx999 support has approved an alternative method in writing. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verified accounts receive priority processing. bKash and Nagad withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are typically processed within the same business day. Unverified accounts may experience processing times of up to 3 business days.
• dx999 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds checks, or any ongoing investigation into the account. dx999 will not be liable for inconvenience arising from such delays carried out in good faith.

Deposits are reflected in your account balance in real time once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number. dx999 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

05Bonuses and Promotions

dx999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any bonus-specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered:

• All bonuses carry a rollover requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default rollover requirement for dx999 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per promotion, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• dx999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has claimed a bonus, the rollover requirements accepted at the time of claiming will continue to apply to any bonus funds already credited.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT. Where a bonus is expressed as a percentage of a deposit (for example, 100% up to ৳20,000), the bonus credited will be calculated based on the qualifying deposit actually received and confirmed by dx999.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game or games and for the stated validity period. Free spin winnings are subject to the same rollover requirements as cash bonuses unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

dx999 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. If dx999 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including exploiting sign-up offers with multiple accounts, hedging bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or using automated betting software — dx999 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses, void related winnings, and close the account permanently.

06Gameplay and Fair Play

dx999 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following terms govern gameplay across all products on the platform:

• All slot and instant games (including crash games and fish games) use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. RNG systems used by dx999 game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and Microgaming — are independently tested and certified. Game outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated by any player or by dx999.
• Live casino games are dealt by live dealers in real time using physical cards, wheels, or dice. Stream integrity is maintained through Evolution Gaming and Ezugi's independently certified operating environments. dx999 does not control or influence the outcome of live games.
• Sports betting odds are set by dx999's trading desk and are subject to change up to and including the time of the relevant event. Bets accepted at specific odds are honoured at those odds even if the line subsequently moves, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting the outcome of a game or bet, dx999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned. dx999 will not honour payouts arising from a malfunction, regardless of the displayed result.

dx999 reserves the right to void any bet placed using funds originating from fraudulent payment activity, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. All decisions made by dx999's trading desk and risk management team are final.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dx999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and all balances and winnings may be forfeited:

• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or impersonating any individual or entity when registering or operating a dx999 account.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, or otherwise using dx999 to conceal the origin or destination of funds.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards, coordinating bets in live casino games, or any form of chip dumping.
• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, exploit, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players. All interactions with dx999 must be carried out manually by the registered account holder.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings arising from an obvious platform error must be reported to dx999 support immediately and will not be honoured.

dx999 employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If you believe another player is engaged in prohibited conduct, please report it to [email protected]. All credible reports will be investigated promptly.

08Account Suspension and Termination

dx999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Where dx999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or violated any applicable law.
• Where a player requests self-exclusion or where dx999 identifies that a player may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling and determines that account closure is in the best interest of the player's welfare.
• Where dx999 is required by law, regulation, or court order to suspend or close the account, or where dx999 ceases to operate the relevant service in the player's jurisdiction.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a player's own request, dx999 will review the account balance and, where no breach of these Terms has been identified, will process a withdrawal of the remaining eligible balance to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days. Balances on accounts closed due to breach may be forfeited at dx999's sole discretion. Players may appeal account closure decisions by contacting [email protected].

09Responsible Gaming

dx999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and protections are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours from the time the increase request is made.
• Session time limits: Players may set a session time limit that will display a notification and, where elected, automatically log them out when the session time is reached. This tool helps players maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming entirely may request self-exclusion for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently by submitting a request to [email protected]. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period.

10Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

dx999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. dx999 retains account data for a minimum of five years from account closure, as required for anti-money laundering compliance.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the dx999 platform — including logos, trademarks, graphics, text, game software interfaces, and website code — is the intellectual property of dx999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use dx999 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any content from the dx999 platform without prior written permission. Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of those respective providers.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dx999's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• dx999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, even if dx999 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• dx999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside dx999's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. dx999 will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
• dx999's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits dx999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Bangladeshi law.

13Amendments to These Terms

dx999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, dx999 will provide notice to registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. For minor amendments, dx999 may update these Terms without specific prior notification. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dx999 operates. If you have a complaint regarding dx999, you should first contact [email protected]. dx999 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may seek resolution through applicable legal channels available under Bangladeshi law. dx999 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. Players who access dx999 from outside Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
